End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the Aware mobile application (“App”).

By downloading, accessing, or using Aware, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License to Use the App

Aware grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Responsible Use

You agree to use Aware responsibly and safely. You are responsible for your surroundings while using the App. Do not use the App in any way that creates danger, distraction, or violates any law, rule, or regulation.

3. Content and Third-Party Media

You are responsible for any videos, links, media, or content you access, import, view, or use through the App. You agree not to use content that you do not have the legal right to access or use.

Aware does not claim ownership of third-party content and is not responsible for third-party platforms, videos, links, or services.

4. Camera and Device Features

Aware may use your device camera and related device features to provide app functionality. Camera usage occurs locally on your device unless otherwise stated in the Privacy Policy.

5. Purchases and Premium Access

Aware may offer paid features, subscriptions, or premium access. Purchases are handled through the applicable app store or payment provider. Access may depend on successful purchase verification.

6. No Warranties

Aware is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aware, its owners, developers, and affiliates are not responsible for damages, injuries, losses, or claims arising from your use or misuse of the App.

8. Changes to the App or Agreement

We may update the App or this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate this Agreement or misuse the App.
